Energy Empowerment Workshop: Basic introduction and empowerments
An introduction to Daoist/Taoist (meaning ‘the way’ or ‘natural path’) empowerments, as well as Reiki (Western, Eastern and Crystal styles), Shun-Dao and other energy systems.
You will be shown some simple Qi Gong/Chi Kung Energy exercises that will help you root/ground yourself easily. Also some ways to enhance your Chi/Energy levels and skills as well as ways to rid yourself of any negative energy “Char” you may pick up along the way in life or when healing others…
You will be shown the basic relationship between Meridians, Chakras and Auras and how they interconnect. You will receive at least 4 basic empowerments throughout the workshop to help you on your journey of healing and self-empowerment….
