The Way Of Sport...
In Ancient times...
The warrior would learn the Arts of Chi to help improve their mental focus in battle, to help them keep their cool when things were not going their way, and to help them not get over confident and arrogant when things were going well...
The Arts helped improve their stamina, balance and general fitness.
It would reduce chances of injury, and would increase their ability to heal their body naturally if they did become injured...
In general the Arts of Chi and skills like Sun Tze 'The Arts of War' helped them be the best they could be....
Today the sports person is the modern day warrior....
In The Way Of Sport... we teach those skills through Tai Chi Sport, Taoist Life Mentorship (The Art of War/Strategy), Shun Do, Shun Tao, Chi Empowerments and more...
Using these skills over the last 15 years we have helped sports such as....
Golf, Football (Soccer), Tennis, Grass Bowls, Ice Hockey, Roller Hockey, Figure skating, Speed skating (ice and roller), Long distance Running, RollerWars and players and coaches of other sports.

Recommendation for Chi healing in Sport
The previous week, Antony Cox was left with a chipped metartarsal and was advised by A&E Doctors that it would take around 3 months to fully recover. Well, Antony woke up on Sunday morning (a mere 7 days after the injury) pain free. He was amazed, and even tried running. Again, there was no pain. He kicked a football, and yet again there was no pain!
He returned to the hospital on Monday and they were astounded with what they saw. One Doctor even called in a colleague to witness Antony's amazing recovery! Antony has now been declared fit for Sunday - just 2 weeks after breaking his metartarsal bone. This is not an exaggeration and is a completely true account!
I can only put this down to the work by one of our members - Paul "Boggie" Brighton a Thai Chi practioner who promised us that he would send Chi (energy) in time for our next match. Check out the original Blog thread he commented on here: http://realityfc.com/profiles/blogs/is-reality-fc-under-an-injury-c...

Recommendation for Sport Tai Chi
Paul was brilliant for us when he worked on our TV Sport show Rollerwars. It's a full contact and very fast sport and Paul was not only great with his massage and healing qualities, but was also a great calming influence on others. He is already booked to do our 2011 shows and we look forward to working with him again Tony Clarke

Recommendation for Tai Chi Personal Trainer
Retiring after years of competitive Martial arts I have wandered in the wilderness of this “fast food martial arts culture” trying to find an instructor who was genuine ,had something to offer me as an experienced martial artist who also appreciated the wear and tear that my body has sustained over the years through the extreme training regimes that a successful sports martial artist puts his or her body through. I didn’t have much luck and stopped any serious practice. Then I discovered Sifu Paul Brighton . His easy going manner and patient instruction has been outstanding. He has an impressive depth of knowledge of the martial arts , the anatomy and body mechanics. I have been inspired to fall in love with the Martial arts again through his guidance and have gone off down a path of the arts that I never dreamed I would do. He is teaching me the basics of Tai Chi but he pitches his instruction perfectly drawing examples and comparisons from my former experience allowing me to progress at a comfortable speed. Sifu Brighton is also very well versed in the spiritual and healing side of Martial arts and when discussing these areas with him I have come to realise how much there is for me to learn and intend to gain as much knowledge as possible from this great Instructor.
