What is reality?
What you felt was real and important at age 9months was a lot different to what you felt was real and important at the age of 9yrs...
And the same again at 19yrs and 29yrs and so on...
Certain points of your life when something had great meaning can now have no meaning at all...
The past and the future are mere dreams...
Only HERE and NOW are the ONLY TRUE REALITY....
Thats why worry is total pointless...
Doing what you can do, right here, right now is the only real and important action to focus on with openess and compassion...

Love and Fear is said to be the two main emotions....All other emotions are by-products of these two...

So as the saying goes....

FOCUS on what you DO WANT....

So focus on LOVE.....

Of-course you may stray of of that focus day to day in life....

That's OK.....

Just go back to focusing on WHAT YOU WANT.....

Love is all you need....
